Equipped with Class 3B fit for added runout accuracy when threading; Powder metal construction adds strength against wear; TiCN coating improves lubricity & corrosion resistance.
PVC Type 2 rods are impact-resistant and have a higher impact strength than PVC Type 1 rods. They provide excellent electrical insulation and can be cut, routed, hot-gas welded, cold and heat bent, and vacuum-formed and glued. They are commonly used for parts and tanks that are subject to shock.
