With it, you don't need to strip or cut a wire to tap into it, preserving the wire and saving time. The connector then mates with a .250” (6.35 mm) male tab, making a reusable, quick-connect wiring termination. It works in extreme temperatures up to 221 °F (105 °C), making it suitable for 600V-rated building wire and 1000V-rated applications such as fixtures, luminaires and signs.
