The 5/8 cut diameter 0.394 maximum depth of cut with a 5/8 shank diameter Weldon shank is ideal for creating precision machining applications such as milling and cutting in mild steel, aluminum, or brass. With its 2.93 inches overall length, it offers an excellent balance between durability, rigidity and longevity. This Indexable Square-Shoulder end mill boasts a polished natural finish for chip reduction and reduced heat generation, prolonging tool life while increasing precision and accuracy in demanding machining processes. Its Weldon shank offers compatibility with most machines, making it an ideal choice for many industries including manufacturing, automotive, engineering, and machining workshops.
Features universal threads that are compatible with NPT, BSPP, BSPT, ISO 7, ISO 228, G, and J style female pipe threads, and can be used with copper, nylon, polyethylene, and polyurethane tubing. Buna thread seal and innovative internal lip seal helps eliminate leaks. Design avoids the need for PTFE tape or thread sealants, and eliminates the need to identify the thread pitch before connecting tubing.
