GoVets experienced tremendous growth on so many levels during this past year! This growth, success and evolution of the GoVets platform, our customer support team, and our product offerings along with our broad network of government and enterprise customers across the country has created a diversified customer base that has continued to expand across all states, government agencies, government contractors and many of the Fortune 500 companies!
We have equally experienced extremely difficult times caused by supply chain shortages, delays and constraints across all industries. Along the way, these challenges added stress to our systems and support staff as we dealt with an increased number of anxious, impatient and even angry customers due to unexpected delays, backorders, run on stock issues, and other communication challenges between our support staff and our customers, suppliers, shipment companies, etc.
Despite these issues, our growth as an organization has allowed us to work more closely and find innovative ways to address each of these challenges. As a technology company, we continue to introduce enhancements on a daily basis based on the needs of our customers, stakeholders and feedback from our support organization. Our growth has a company has also made us realize how important it is to have an amazing customer support staff capable of handling so many challenges on a day-to-day basis. Our support team functions as our voice to the customer, our voice from the customer, and we realize that the only way we can support additional growth is to make sure our support team is equipped with best-of-breed tools, technology, easily accessible information, clear processes, and a "non-toxic", "can-do" culture where everyone is willing to help each other out! Our support organization has now (rightfully) become the largest component of our company.
