Why GoVets Matters!

Over recent years, the GoVets team has had the opportunity to interact with tens of thousands of customers from all over our country.  We have received so much feedback on what we do well and where we can improve.  Like many other online stores, we have had our share of challenges related to supply chain issues (yes.... primarily related to COVID-19), but these challenges also turned into opportunities for the company, allowed us to fully understand these supply chain challenges and allowed us to optimize our technology to provide the best possible stock availability updates from our suppliers for locations throughout the country.  While we have kept our commitment to offer millions of products to our customers, we have also refined our product line to eliminate suppliers and partners that were unable to meet our quality expectations when it comes to performance, technology, data quality, customer service and positive impact on U.S. business.  While our product catalog spans hundreds of categories, we have eliminated categories that have created issues related to fraud, availability, general quality, and professionalism... again, all based on feedback from our customers.  

Part of our mission is to offer customers as much information and transparency as possible to our products while continuing to offer fair prices, free shipping (parcel or freight), availability updates, easy access to customer support, and no surprises.  Part of the value that customers also appreciate from GoVets is that we are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, verified by the Department of Veteran Affairs, and that a portion of their purchase helps support Veterans and Veteran Non-Profit causes of national significance through several means, including our partnerships with non-profits that support veterans, our day-to-day contributions and dedication to support these causes, allowing employees to dedicate some of their "work-time" to volunteer for various local charities and events dedicated to support Veterans in our local Space Coast community.  We have several other exciting plans in the near future to further help so many other Veterans and Veteran-Focused non-profits, while equally providing additional transparency and options to our customers to contribute to these Veteran non-profit causes.
