The B-499 thermal transfer labels are manufactured with thick nylon intended to last in freezers and autoclaves. When printed with Series R4300, R4900, R6000 halogen-free and R6200 thermal-transfer ribbons (sold separately), as well as R2000 and R5000 dot matrix ribbons (sold separately), the material is UL Recognized and RoHS Compliant. The labels also meet the requirements of a halogen-free material per DIN VDE 0472 part 815.
