These flame-resistant knit gloves are not arc-flash rated. They are used in manufacturing applications where workers encounter open flames. Uncoated gloves provide increased breathability and dexterity over coated gloves. They eliminate the risk of coatings contaminating the area or workpiece. Cut and sewn knit gloves are made from multiple pieces of fabric with seams between fingers and sometimes along the back of the hand. They have a roomier fit to allow liners to be worn and to remove the glove quickly when needed.
