The DAMASCUS FlexForce hard shell control system features a lightweight system that provides protection from blunt force trauma.

• Upper body and shoulder protection—front and back panels have a hard shell and feature a unique DAMASCUS 3-panel flex design for greater mobility and comfort. Panels are steel riveted together and have Cordura® nylon connector straps with hook-and-loop closure. Polyester mesh lines the inside of the upper body and shoulder portion for greater comfort, breathability, and longer life. Reflective name plate ID labels can be attached to the front panel.
• Forearm Protector—2-pc. hard Electrum XK8™ outer shell allows greater mobility to forearm and elbow. Protium™ foam covered with 420 denier Cordura nylon. Polyester mesh lines the inside for greater comfort and breathability.
• Thigh and groin protector—hard Electrum XK8 outer shell on thigh and hip sections. Protium foam with 150 denier Cordura nylon on the outside. Polyester mesh lines the inside for greater comfort and breathability. Tailbone pad has an Electrum XK8 plastic plate laminated to the Protium foam. Groin section has an inner Electrum XK8 shell with a Protium foam padding and mesh cover.
• Knee and shin guards—hard Electrum XK8 knee caps with super nonslip grip. Hard shell Electrum XK8 shin plates have dull black finish to avoid reflection. Heavy-duty reinforced Protium foam padded nylon inner support. Inner support is riveted to the shin plates for longer life and durability. Removable adjustable foot guards.
