It is engineered to be highly weather resistant, with heavy-gauge galvanized steel housing, bolted seams, and reinforced edges for added strength. Its drive frame is die-formed with galvanized structural steel, providing a rigid platform for motors, shafts, bearings, and drives. The fabricated steel propellers have steeply pitched blades to keep sound levels low.
