Dry particulates are larger in size than aerosols and include dust and dirt. Liquid splash is non-pressurized when it comes into contact with the garment. Clean-processed and sterile garments minimize particulate shedding and have been individually packaged in a cleanroom. Sterile garments have been processed to kill microorganisms, which reduces the risk of contamination and infection. Coveralls are a single garment worn over personal clothing that protects the worker's front, back, arms, and legs.
