These nitrile blend oil and gas exploration hose assemblies have a bruiser cover that provides substantially more abrasion resistance than a corrugated synthetic rubber cover. This helps reduce the risk of hose failure when used in areas where the hose will encounter abrasive materials or surfaces. The hoses are made from a nitrile rubber blend and are less likely to fail in oil-exposure applications than hoses made from a standard rubber material. These hoses are suitable for use with petroleum-based fluids, nonpotable water, salt water, fracturing solutions, and slurries.
