There are times when we will require our customers to fill out the Credit Card authorization form and provide us additional information. There are various reasons that may trigger this request, including (but not limited to) one or more of the following:
- Order amount exceeds internally defined risk threshold,
- Customer information is not well known by GoVets or GoVets credit card and risk partners,
- Billing and Shipping information is different,
- Several typos in address(es) entered vs. actual address,
- Use of certain type of Email addresses for larger orders,
- Customer location vs. the location of the shipping address,
- Credit Card type used,
- etc.
