If you're a Tax Exempt buyer, please fill in the following form, select the Request Type "Tax Exemption - Submit forms to request tax exemption" and Attach all requested documentation.

ALL tax-exempt buyers on GoVets MUST submit Tax Exempt documentation, particularly for the states in which they are claiming Tax Exemption.  If you have not already done so, please make sure to create your GoVets account ahead of time, otherwise we may need to create your account for you to apply your tax exemption status.
