Hey everyone,

We wanted to warn you about a fraudulent website, GOVETS . SHOP, which is trying to impersonate our legitimate website, GoVets.com but the fraudulent owners of that site are doing the EXACT same thing for many other companies across the USA as you can read on Scamwatcher about this specific scammer. This scam site has been deceiving some of our current or potential customers, taking advantage of our brand building activities (while also negatively impacting it) and we are actively working with Google, PayPal, and other authorities to address this issue.

We've had many customers reach out to us, confused and frustrated about why they haven't received their packages or any notifications after purchasing from GOVETS . SHOP. Here are some key red flags to watch out for:

• GOVETS . SHOP is NOT affiliated with GoVets.com. The scam site is pretending to be us and targeting unsuspecting customers, especially the elderly.
• Email Address: The contact email for GOVETS . SHOP is a Gmail address that changes over time. Currently, it is elsiehunter768120422@gmail.com. Be wary of this changing email tactic.
• Suspicious Contact Address: The contact address listed is for an apartment building in Tucson, AZ, located at 250 North Arcadia Avenue, Tucson AZ 85711. However, there's no apartment number provided, which is highly suspicious.
• Trademark Infringement: GoVets now has a Registered Trademark for GoVets related to Online Sales in the USA. This fraudulent site is infringing upon our trademark. We've sent them a cease-and-desist letter but of course, there's no legitimate address.
• Payment Method: GOVETS . SHOP only uses PayPal for transactions. If you have made a purchase through this site, we strongly advise you to dispute the charge with PayPal immediately.

If you're the victim of this company, we understand how frustrating and distressing this situation can be and we urge you to contact your credit card company and PayPal about this matter. We are doing everything we can to get this fraudulent site taken down and to prevent further customers from being scammed.
