We often get this question from customers that would like to receive a refund on a different credit card for various reasons, with the primary reason being because the original card expired or was cancelled because of fraudulent activity.

 

In general, GoVets will not process refunds to a different credit card. We will still process the refund to the original credit card used because in most cases, the credit card bank will redirect the refund to the customer's new or replacement card.  If for some reason the refund does not process, we will be notified, and we issue the customer store credit for this item.  Please refer to our Refund Policy in our Terms and conditions for more details.
