Quiet-roll expanding stem casters have zinc-plated steel frames and are used on carts, furniture, stands, racks, and cabinets made from structural tubing. The casters' wheels have precision ball bearings that provide quiet rolling, making them suitable for use in medical offices and other locations where noise must be minimized. They also have double ball swivel bearings for smooth swiveling.

Expanding stem casters install into structural tubing, and they don't need to be secured with bolts or pins. Each caster has a knurled nut that is tightened to expand the rubber sleeve on the caster's stem until it is large enough to firmly grip the inside of the tubing. These versatile casters can be installed in range of round tubes with different internal diameters. They can be mounted to carts, racks, stands, cabinets, and furniture made from structural tubing to allow these items to roll, which reduces effort when moving or repositioning the items.
