Sandblast Hose 1/2 IDx50 ft is designed for professionals handling cleaning or surface finishing operations using sandblasting techniques on hard surfaces that require abrasive materials transfer with minimal losses due to its robustness and reliability in demanding environments. Manufactured from high-quality rubber material, this heavy-duty product resists intense abrasion while minimizing risks of leakages, bursting under pressure circumstances enabling uninterrupted operations increasing performance output. Its sizeable 1/2 inches coupled with a length of fifty feet provide ample room for movement during tasks and prevent downtime resulting from repairs hence lowering costs and ensuring productivity is kept high across industries such as spray booths, automotive repair shops and other areas where precision matters.

These sandblast hoses have a tube and cover made from a blend of SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) and natural rubber, which provides good resistance to abrasion and weathering. They have a static dissipating tube that helps prevent sparks that can ignite dry materials inside the hose. The hoses are reinforced with 4-ply synthetic fabric for strength. These sandblast hoses are used for conveying coal slag, grit, or aluminum oxide in sandblasting applications in construction sites, mining operations, shipyards, and steel mills.

Sandblast hose assemblies come with fittings installed on both ends for connecting the hose to compatible equipment. Also known as abrasive-blasting hoses or blast hoses, sandblast hoses are used to move highly abrasive materials such as sand, steel shot, coal slag, and aluminum oxide in abrasive-blasting applications.
