Extra-heavy-duty V-groove track-wheel plate casters have thick forged steel frames and impact-resistant swivels that allow them to handle heavier loads and withstand more shock and impact than medium-duty V-groove track-wheel plate casters. They are used on industrial carts, trolleys, and similar equipment that transport molds, jigs, and other heavy items in manufacturing sites, foundries, mines, and industrial facilities. These casters have a molded V-groove on their wheel treads that mates with a compatible angle-iron track to provide precise control over movement and alignment as the casters roll along the track.
