The hoses resist abrasion, punctures, moisture, ozone, and UV rays and are used to replace EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) hoses with thicker walls. These lightweight, flexible hoses are primarily used for collecting dust, leaves, and woodchips or transferring stones, pellets, and scrap in the grounds-maintenance, municipal, and plastics-processing industries. The hoses' walls are made from translucent material that allows the user to locate blockages in the hose.
