These permanent anchors penetrate membrane roofs to create a tie-off point for self-retracting lifelines (SRLs), lanyards, and vertical or horizontal lifelines. Compatible toggles attach the anchor by passing through the roof membrane. Though designed specifically to be used on membrane roofs, they can also be used with concrete, metal, and wood roofs that meet minimum standards. A swiveling anchoring ring provides good mobility for the worker. They can be used for securing vertical and horizontal lifelines. Anchors should always be inspected and replaced after being exposed to a fall.
