It has a temperature range of -58 to 572f (-50 to 300c) with 0.1f/c resolution and an accuracy of 1.8f /1c. It features min/max with reset and a data hold function that freezes the reading on the display. Comes complete with an lr44 battery and protective probe cover. 1-year warranty.
