Pipe insulation, elastomeric 2-3/8 inch ID 6ft long is a versatile solution for thermal and soundproofing insulation needs in plumbing, HVAC, and chemical processing industries with temperature limits up to 250F. Its flexible nature conforms to the shape of pipes and fittings ensuring snug fits without gaps that cause heat loss while maintaining cost-effectiveness in industrial environments focused on consistent temperatures and reduced noise levels.
This K-Flex USA® Insul-Tube® pipe insulation is an elastomeric material that helps retard heat loss, prevents condensation, and provides effective moisture vapor resistance. Environmentally friendly, CFC-free, mold- and mildew-resistant, fiber-free, and nondusting. Can be used in underground applications above the water table. Seal before back-filling. Unslit tubing can be slit lengthwise and fit over existing pipes. Seal with R-320 Contact Adhesive No. 3F417, sold separately.
