Featuring a rubber-based adhesive for a long-lasting bond, this K-FLEX CLAD® WT pipe insulation tape has a surface that’s constructed of a composite PVC/Mylar® that helps provide a moisture vapor retarder over seams and edges. It’s also highly impermeable to gases and moisture. The smooth surface is abuse-, impact-, weather-, and UV-resistant, plus it’s easy to clean and resists aliphatic hydrocarbons, acids, alkali, fats, oil, salts.
