This non-chlorinated formula has the cleaning power of solvents to remove grime, dirt, grease, and oil. An outstanding biodegradable cleaner for use in general maintenance, public buildings, transit systems, restrooms, locker rooms and schools. Ideal as a cleaner prior to painting.
