The 1/2 horsepower sewage ejector pump is suitable for both professional plumbers, homeowners, and maintenance technicians looking for an easy-to-install and efficient solution for heavy-duty water and waste removal applications. Its powerful motor generates a maximum head of 8 feet while the extra-long 24 feet discharge hose ensures that you can eject the waste from a long distance without any issues. The product features a built-in check valve, sump alert float, automatic reset thermal overload protector for safety during operation. These 110V sewage ejector pump systems have an alarm that turns on when the water rises to a preset level in the sump basin. This alerts that the pump has malfunctioned or is not able to keep up with the water flow. Pumps remove sewage containing solids from drains where a gravity system won't work, such as in septic systems that are below the main sewer line. They are compatible with most standard U.S. residential electrical wall outlets and have a Type A (two prongs, ungrounded) or Type B (three prongs, grounded) power cord plug.
