The LQD Level Switch with High Low Adjustable On-Off is a reliable and accurate side mount closed tank level switch ideal for controlling the level of liquids in tanks or containers. Its adjustable low and high levels ensure easy setup, while its 1/2 NPT connection allows for simple installation. It operates on an independent spring-loaded plunger mechanism with an accuracy of 0.25 inch (6 mm), making it suitable for various applications in chemical, petrochemical, food and beverage industries.
This liquid level switch is designed to easily convert from high to low alarm, or from pump-up to pump-down operation by rotating 180°. It mounts to the outside of a tank or vessel using an NPT coupling, or to the inside using a bulkhead fitting (UNC/UNF). The dependable, encapsulated, magnetically coupled dry reed switch delivers more than 5 million switching cycles at a rated electrical load to control motor starters, contactors, solenoids, and relays.
