This steam trap is made from stainless steel which is resistant to corrosion even under high temperatures (Up to 400F) suitable for use in steam lines. It features a disc type design that prevents the passage of non-condensable gases like air without affecting steam flow and its vertical design minimizes water hammer during condensate drainage. Its NPT outlet fitting gives users flexibility to install it onto various sized pipework ranging from half inch to one inch diameter (size 1). Its a suitable tool for industries using steam systems to regulate temperatures, heating, cleaning processes, among other operations, to conserve energy by minimizing loss of heat and reducing the load on boiler systems while maintaining safety standards.
