NACHI Spherical Roller Bearings with suffix -V can be used for vibratory applications without retainer breakage (e.g., crushers, vibrating screens, etc.) NACHI's newly developed heat stabilization process can sustain normal function in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction of bearing life. NACHI has adopted special radial clearance, controller tolerance (P6 on OD & P5 on Bore), and special care on retainer to suit these applications. Maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions.
