Rack and pinion closer has a lightweight aluminum alloy body. Features adjustments for closing, sweep and latch speed, and backcheck. Nonhanded door closer self-closes the door each time the door is opened. CloserPlus® arm type for doors with moderate exposure to wind and abuse. Heavy-gauge arm material, arm pivot/elbow with larger bearings, and positive stop help prevent door from opening too far. Parallel arm mount only.
