Features 11-ga. heavy-duty welded-steel construction. Steel surface includes a rust-resistant coating. Integral roof structure includes self-contained gutters. Fan includes a ceiling mounted 160 cfm exhaust fan with damper/vent and a 64W fluorescent light fixture with weatherproof ballast. Prewired in surfaced-mounted conduit to separate wall-mounted switches. Wired to a surface-mounted junction to facilitate electrical connection from onsite power source.
