A diaphragm pump with a capacity of 96 GPD (gallons per minute) driven by a 1/5 HP motor produces high-pressure outputs while maintaining steady flow rates, suitable for both domestic as well as industrial usage. With a 1 port size, this robust pump features cast iron construction for strength and durability in handling chemicals or corrosive substances like acids or solvents in applications ranging from fluid dispensing to chemical processing plants at an economical cost. The versatile design accommodates diverse flow rates, making it popular among a wide range of customers from automotive to food processing industries.
Adjustable, self-priming, single-head metering pump has a double-ball check valve and leak-free sealless liquid end. Powered by a high-quality fin-cooled solenoid. Wetted parts: PTFE-faced CSPE diaphragm, ABS body, ceramic ball, PTFE seals and O-rings, and PVC/polyethylene tubing. Pump has automatic control, fully scalable 4-20mADC, 20-4mADC, or external pacing. Relay output and stop input. 16-character LCD is programmable in 4 languages. Note: Tubing is 3/8" O.D. for Max. Flow to 44 gpd, 1/2" O.D. for Max. Flow 96 gpd and higher.
