A cushioned bumper surrounds the top rim of these basket trucks to protect walls, doors, and other surfaces from damage if the trucks accidentally collide with them. The trucks have a vinyl liner that is permanently attached to a steel wire frame. Vinyl liners are stronger than canvas liners. They are mold-, mildew-, and tear-resistant and withstand exposure to UV rays. Vinyl liners are also flame-retardant, but the bumpers and other parts of these basket trucks may not be.
