Chain lubricators are added to powered overhead chain conveyors to keep the chain lubricated. This allows the chain to move smoothly and reduces friction between the parts of the chain that can cause excessive wear and ultimately lead to chain failure and conveyor malfunction. These automatic lubrication systems consistently dispense a precise amount of lubricant to the conveyor chain.

Overhead conveyors include track, brackets, carriers, chains, and other components that are used to create an unpowered or powered overhead conveyor line. Items are suspended from the conveyor as they move down the line, making overhead conveyors ideal for transporting products that are too large or irregularly shaped to be carried on a standard conveyor.
