The Shaft Collar Threaded 1Pc 3/4-16 IN SST is a versatile component designed to provide support and alignment for shafts, dowel pins or tie rods. Made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, this collar offers excellent durability and reliability in harsh environments. Its threaded design allows for quick installation, while its 3/4 diameter and 16 threads per inch (tpi) provide a secure and precise fit. The one-piece construction ensures superior strength and prevents loosening during operation. With its ability to resist rust and corrosion, this stainless steel shaft collar is well-suited for use in marine applications as well as chemical and food processing industries. In addition, it is often used in woodworking machines, paper handling equipment, and automotive components where secure clamping is necessary.

This 1-pc. clamp-style threaded shaft collar is made to Ruland's exacting standards to help ensure performance benefits, including tightly controlled face-to-bore perpendicularity (TIR = 0.002") for proper alignment of mating components. It is machined from bar stock from North American mills that are selected to help assure consistency and high hoop strength. Double-tapped threading helps ensure precise, burr-free threads for proper fit, easy installation and removal, and extended shaft life. The one-piece design wraps tightly around the shaft for even distribution of clamping forces without the shaft damage caused by set screws, and with greater holding power. Plus you gain the superior axial holding power of a threaded shaft collar compared with smooth bore units. RoHS2 and REACH compliant.
