The ATP1 Attic Pro® HVAC Utility Lift is rated to lift loads up to and including 250 pounds. With its ease of installation and use, the Attic Pro® makes difficult, time consuming installations fast and safe. The Attic Pro® provides an ideal solution when an abundance of manpower is limited and positioning / installation is required in tight spaces for units such as air handlers.

Features/ Benefits

• Simple adjustment from 14" to 24" to accommodate most residential and commercial joist distances.
• With 20 Feet of wire rope the Attic Pro can lift the load up over one story.
• The locking hook ensures that the load cannot slip from the cable.
• The ratcheting hoist makes for easy lifting and automatically holds the load in place when there is a pause in the lift.
• Includes Two (2) equipment straps to keep loads steady in two axes, preventing any accidental slip when lifting the load.
• A carrying case is also included for safely storing the unit when not in use.
