Surface Gage MPN:257C
Surface Gage
Surface gauges, also known as machinist’s gauges or toolmaker’s gauges, consist of a hardened base that’s connected to a tall, vertical spindle. A scriber is fixed to the spindle with a snug. These gauges have a knurled, ring-type locking nut for secure positioning. They are commonly used to mark lines on a workpiece, transfer measurements from one workpiece to another, and for inspection work.
