The deburring disc is an ideal tool for precision polishing, grinding or finishing of metal parts to achieve a smooth finish without scratching surfaces. With its high quality aluminum oxide grain construction and 4in diameter, this abrasive disc effectively removes burs, edges, and rough spots on various materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and plastic while preserving their underlying geometry. It comes in a very fine grade level, enabling it to perform delicate operations with great care even at low rotational speeds of between 700-3600 RPM when attached to an electric die grinder, polisher or other suitable tool. Its self-adhesive paper backing ensures ease in mounting the disc onto mandrels without slippage during operation while also providing protection against damage and abrasion while stored.
