Adjustable Mounting Kit MPN:CBKIT

Use these mounting kits to install compatible adjustable-width-mount cylinder brushes on a conveyor. The kits allow the brushes to be angled to accommodate a range of conveyor widths. Each kit includes a shaft, mounting brackets, and hardware.

Cylinder brushes are long, tubular brushes that mount onto conveyors to clean the conveyor belt and clean, brush, and position items as they move along the belt. Also known as rotary brushes, coil brushes, and spiral brushes, cylinder brushes each consist of a strip brush wrapped around a cylindrical core. Brushes with shorter bristles are stiffer and are good for aggressive applications such as heavy cleaning. Brushes with longer bristles are more flexible and are suitable for gentle applications such as positioning light objects or dusting.
