The rugged, weatherproof, battery-powered TimePilot Extreme Blue Enhanced time and attendance system is perfect for organizations with multiple worksites. The timeclock collects your employees’ or subcontractors’ clock-in and clock-out data at the worksite, and when it’s time for payroll, the data downloads via Bluetooth wireless technology into the TimePilot app on your iPhone or Android smartphone. After the on-site supervisor makes any necessary corrections, adds missing punches, etc., the app transmits the data through “the Cloud” to your headquarters, where it is merged with data from your other sites. From there, the Windows-based TimePilot Central software can create reports or prepare the data for export to the leading payroll services and software like QuickBooks and ADP. All data collected by all clocks is fed to the same database, so employees can clock in or out at any of the clocks.
The TimePilot saves you hours of work counting up hours on time cards and prevents math mistakes that cost your company money every pay period. It even includes rounding, overtime, holiday pay, multiple shifts, multiple departments, and reports by group or employee.
