The YALE® 1100 Series door closer features a medium-size body and spring for effective door control. Rack and pinion closer has a lightweight aluminum alloy body. Features adjustments for closing, sweep, latch, speed, and back check. Adjust for door sizes 1 to 4 (Grade 1). Unitrol® arm type is suitable for doors with high exposure to winds and abuse. Heavy-gauge arm material, arm pivot/elbow with larger bearings, spring stop absorbs 30 lb. or force, and highly controlled stop. Parallel mount only. Nonhanded feature self-closes the door each time the door is opened.
